Gastgeber bei Ankunft stark alkoholisiert, reagiert nicht auf Beschwerden. Unterkunft stark verschmutzt, Einrichtung beschädigt, Küche überschwemmt, Unterkunft riecht übel nach Abfluss und Zigarettenrauch. Bettwäsche müffelt. Überall klebrige Flecken.
