This is a big apartment, plenty of space. 1 sperate room, which you can completely close off and 1 open bedroom. Good kitchen, with all your need. beds are super comfortable, we stayed in winter the oil heater was brilliant, cosy warm. good sized laundry, with machine, seperate shower and seperate toilet. nice clean towels, medium sized. view from the room of the mountains was great. location is good, short walk from Susukino subway. instructions to get to and into to the apartment were really precise and very clear.

No couch to sit on, only a table and 4 chairs.

Apartment style accomodation with ample space to relax and spread out. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self catered trip. Wonderful balcony. just very user friendly and comfortable.

Nothing it met all our expectations

Good location close (~10 minutes walk) to Susukino station in the very heart of Sapporo's entertainment district. The house was easy to find and apartment easy to access, and was spacious enough for 5 people. The booklet provided on site contained a lot of helpful information.

No complaints.

We were missing a few utensils and broken chair. The response from the managers was excellent - very quick and sorted out the problem immediately.

The facilities should be checked during the clean after every stay. In our case, a broken chair and missing utensils should have been picked up before our arrival. Otherwise, stay was great!
