location was great, all amenities provided including laundry was very convenient. space is a bit tight for 2 people but perfect for 1. Bathroom is extremely small and tight..could use a new shower curtain. staff was great and very responsive to all questions and accommodating.

Great location, city centre, 6 minute walk from the station. Friendly and supportive staff. I experienced the heaviest snow in 10 years when I stayed here in Kyoto. Staff walked me through how to unfreeze the outdoor washing machine and fixed the wi-fi very quickly.

Wearing the haori and yukata were fun, but they definitely needed a wash. As did a few other things in the room, but overall great stay.

The location was very convenient, within walking distance from Gion District. The apartment was clean. The host was very kind and responsive at any moment.

Easy to get in and out, no keys to worry about. Had everything i could think of. Close to many restaurants and the main street of shijo.
