Location was brilliant for public transport, and great for walking to key locations like gardens and the castle. Property layout was good and beds were comfortable. Coffee sachets were a nice touch.

The bedroom air conditioner unit has been installed so that the external sliding door doesn't close properly. This caused a draft at night. The property would benefit from a little refurbish.

Spacious apartment, clean, and great location.

I liked everything about this property.

Close to train station and street cards. Also, very close to the streets full of restaurants and entertainment. The unit was clean and provided everything we needed.

Clés facile à récupérer, instructions claires, immeuble au calme et bien situé, tout proche du jardin Shukkei-en. L'appartement était très propre, bien agencé et bien équipé. Au top !

Un peu serré pour 6 personnes et cloison japonaise entre les 2 chambres

Great communication before, during and after booking. Easy access and flexibility where it was available eg early check in. Great location for getting to main tourist activities, restaurants and shops (local and holiday shopping). We felt omfortable and safe.

Nothing really, above spec for price point and accommodation type.

Rien de particulier, c’était parfait, juste un conseil : bien le géolocaliser sur Google Earth avant d’arriver sinon il peut être compliqué à trouver car l’entrée n’est pas au bord de la rue.
