-This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in Japan. -It is questionable if they even changed the bedsheets and cleaned the room properly for the next customer. - Hairs and dust were EVERYWHERE, including the beds, wash basin, floors etc. -The toilet bowl has poop stains, disgusting and intolerable. -During my stay, the elevator was not functioning well for twice. -30 minutes before the checkout time, the staff had already trying to get into the room. -For the elevator and checkout time, I am still fine with it. However, the bad hygiene was totally intolerable! Please at least change the bedsheets and cleaned the toilet bowl properly. These are the most concern parts for infectious diseases!

良かった点、なにひとつありません。

汚すぎる。写真と全然違う。 ソファは茶色のシミだらけ、布団は体液の白いシミだらけ。 白いバスマットも茶色いシミ。白い毛布も茶色いシミ。 机はコップが置いてあった円形の跡が残っている。 髪の毛がたくさん落ちている。 気色悪さにもほどがある。知らないおじさんの家に泊まった気分でした。 宿泊費の他、清掃費4500円、施設サービス費が500円が引かれました。 こんなひどい環境のどこを掃除しているのか聞きたいものですね。 壁にエアコンはついているが、コンセントがないので使えず。 寒い日だったから良かったものの、夏だったら地獄でした。 良い口コミは海外の方が多く、日本人と衛生観念が違うのだなぁと気づきました。 日本人の方は気を付けた方がいいと思います。 この宿は二度と利用しませんし、booking.comも利用しません。 楽しい札幌旅行が台無しになりました。

きれいで環境もよかった。また利用したい。

ネット環境が使えなかった。 スタッフは途中で、こちらの問い合わせをスルー。 トラブルか何かでネットが使えないのは仕方ないが、スタッフの対応が最悪だった。
