Stylish apartment in the heart of Kaunas Old Town

It was bright and spacious. Very good location. It did have a small PC desk, which was very convenient to do some work, I would say that's a big bonus.

Some small things were missing, such as a knife to cut vegetables and meat. The shampoo bottle was nearly empty, luckily I had my one, not enough toilet paper, no kitchen towel only the paper one and not a full roll.

The apartment is very nice. Clean, comfortable and modern.

There were many things that the owners could have done to make it a better experience for me and other visitors. They spelled the name of the street wrong which made it a challenge immediately off the train. The check in info did not say that the apt was on a pedestrian only street. So when the Bolt driver went to drop me I had no idea where to go. The worst part was that with the help of the driver we called the contact person who wasn't nice or very helpful. To get the key there is a very small lockbox with a 4 digit code you need to spin the numbers to enter. Even with a flashlight neither the bolt driver or I could see the silver numbers. He kindly went and got a second flashlight and after 30 min. we got the keys out of the box. After all this hastle, no where in the description does it say there are 37 stairs to climb! I stayed there because I wanted to do laundry mid trip. There was a washer and no dryer so I had to hang laundry all around to get it to dry. I would have and will in the future pay the hotel to do a load of laundry for me. I have a rental property and provide my guests everything they need to know including recommended beaches and restaurants. These people do the bare minimum. Also I can't rate the bed because I slept on the couch because the bedroom was an oven and there is no way to adjust the heat. The living room had 3 windows so I stayed there for the 2 nights I was there.

Was absolutely fantastic, loved how spacious and well decorated. Heated floors in a bathroom so good. Perfect location. Definitely would like to return.
