Vieta labai patogi, nuosavas kiemas, automobilio parkavimas labai patogus. Iš esmės yra viskas kas reikalinga

Kvapas. Nežinau nuo ko, bet kvapas lyg kačių šlapimo. Taip pat labai nepatiko lova, miegant kūnas ėmė jausti drėgmę, nežinia, ar čiužinys buvo drėgnas ar kas, bet jausmas labai nemalonus, laimei radau dar vieną antklodę, ją pasiklojus miegoti buvo komfortiškiau. Garso izoliacija prastoka, girdisi kaimynų šūksniai
