Great location and responsive owners. Apartment has everything you need.

It can get a little chilly, but in that case staff can get you a decent portable heater.

The blankets that where there, had some type of animal hair on them, which made me have an allergic reaction:(

Modern and clean. Great location.

Parking is hard to find, also there was a mouldy smell throughout the whole building but it was ok inside the room. The room is cold in winter.

Location - facing the church. Self check in and check out is very convenient.

It can be cleaner. Bathroom is very small, and difficult to move around.

Great location, style inside is simple, but neat, overall comfortable set up, staff willingness to help, although not always efficiently

1. Before booking we specifically asked if iron and ironing board will be there. They confirmed it, but once we arrived it was not there. We got it it the next day just before we needed it for friend’s celebration. 2. When we came the code that was sent to us didn’t work. I called multiple times with no answer. Then after not too long my message via booking.com was answered saying that they gave accidentally old code. 3. The room was not fully prepared for guests arrival - boiler of water for shower was off (good that I knew that I need to turn it on as my foreign friend was not even aware of this system), soap in the shower was empty, only one toilet roll left, some lights next to bed were not working, electrical sockets were super difficult to use. Also, looking in some storage places could find some old papers of other guests. Room was generally clean but there was mold in some places like at sink that really makes it not pleasant to use it. Hallways smell. 4. Staff tried to answer to messages quickly and I appreciate it, but sometimes it was not best communication, e.g.: promised to get iron within an hour - no results until next morning when we remind about it; we asked about wifi - they said check on a router (it is common sense but not all guests might know it and it is minimal effort to write it on small paper).
