Termopanele erau de calitate foarte bună, izolau fonic. Apartamentul suficient de spațios cu balcon mare. Paturile cu saltele foarte confortabile. Curățenie, clima, apa calda/rece și proprietari ok.

Nu suntem foarte pretențioși dar se mai putea pune in plus o comodă/dulap pentru haine deoarece exista doar 1 dulap destul de mic insuficient pt o familie de 4 persoane + umerașe ( existau doar 4 umerașe din care 1 rupt). La bucătărie se putea un uscator de vase, un cos de gunoi, o paletă/lingură de lemn, o cafetiera, chiar un prăjitor pâine și/sau microunde pt încălzit. O tigaie și o oală + un ibric mic sunt cam puține pt o familie de 4 persoane. Frigider mic cu un congelator foarte mic care nu îngheța aproape deloc. Ar trebui să se pună mai mult accent pe dotări.
