DAUKANTO 10 TWO-ROOM APARTMENT with a view the old town on the 7th floor

I absolutely loved the location, which was quiet and close to the centre and caffes at the same time. The beach is also close - a nice walk of 5 min. The apartment itself is very light, has a morning sun, and is very warm especially when the weather happens to be not very perfect. Also, it has floor heating in the bathroom, which is very convenient as well. The balcony has glass, which shelters from wind and makes sitting in the balcony pleasant at any weather. The apartment has a very nice view since it is placed higher than most buildings around (7the floor), especially the view is perfect in the evening. It also has a private parking place, which is important when the town gets crowded. Moreover, the apartment is extremely clean, and the master bed very comfortable!

There is everything what you need . Perfect location .

The luxurious property exceeded our expectations, save for the communication issue with the host when getting into the property, which must have been due to our inexperience at checking in in apartments with keys to be picked up in the lobby. For this, it is necessary to have a cell phone to reach any Lithuanian number. Ten out of ten!

Hyper clean and well equipped apartment with excellent amenities. Especially useful having fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

No oven (though there is a microwave). Not a big issue though as loads of good value restaurants locally.

An excellent location with a proximity to park, seaside and restourants. Comfy large balcony. Easy key delivery (including the one for parking). Very good floor plan - this is a proper one bedroom appartement.

The shower drainage could be improved.
