"Žiemos metu geriausias variantas, vasara per karštą būtų, reiktų oro kondicionieriaus, taip tai viskas tvarkoje."

Arti jūros ir patogi vieta norint pasivaikščioti ar nueiti į Basanavičiaus gatvelę. Tvarkinga, automobilio vieta nemokama.

Kadangi vieta skaitant yra rūsyje, tai vasaros metu kaip orai šiltesni, kambariuose labai karšta, miegoti sunku. Salione sofa kartais pastringa reikia įtaikyti tinkamai, jog būtų galima miegoti, bet taip tai viskas puiku, yra indaplovė labai patogu naudoti.
