Vieta super, apsistojant ne sezono metu. Nes langai orientuoti į Basanavičiaus g. ir net žiemą buvo girdima muzika iš kavinių. Maloniai buvo leista į aikštelę įvažiuoti anksčiau ir sutvarkius būstą, informavo, kad galime jau apsistoti, šiek tiek anksčiau, nei nurodytas įsiregistravimo laikas.

Buvo tikrai šalta, matyt iki mūsų atvykimo nebuvo šildytas butas. Nes po poros dienų buvimo jau apšilo. Problema matyt, kad visas namas nešildomas. O žiemos metu nedaug būtų naudojamų. Būtina įsidėti avalynę, nes grindys ypač šaltos. Miegama sofa netinkama suaugusiam žmigui, trumpa, nebent miegoti skersai. Truko smulkmenų, kavos nors vienos kapsulės. Beja anksčiau naudotos taip ir likę aparate... Indų plovimo kempinė buvo visiškai sutrinta. Suprantu ekologija gal, kad po kiekvienų svečių nekeičiama, bet tokio lygio suplyšusios dar niekur neteko matyti.

Puikiai įrengtas, visi baldai ir buities prietaisai. Pateiktos nuotraukos atitinka realybę. Kambarys šiltas ir jaukus. Puikiai tinkamas porai ar nedidelei šeimai. Priėmimas sklandus, kambarys švarus, tvarkingas. Viskas labai gerai. Prie pat Basanavičiaus gatvė, iki jūros 5 min. Rekomenduoju
