Great location in a lovely building

We rented flat 12 & flat 16 for three nights. Flat 12 had a missing kitchen cupboard door, no cover on the light in the lounge, no coffee machine, no toiletries, tap in bathroom very loose which made it difficult to use and dirty ashtrays left on the chair on the balcony. Flat 16 was tired and needed painting, marks and dents in walls, kitchen cupboard off hinges, no coffee machine, no toiletries and 1/2 a roll of toilet paper between 3 people, no blinds/curtains in longer area so unable to sleep due to street lights, window in bedroom did not close properly or lock and the blind did not work properly this is if you could reach it, we had to stand on a chair to reach it, kitchen chair was broken and unusable and an alarm kept going off sporadically day and night which kept us awake. We contacted the hosts to report the alarm and a few other problems and were told not to worry about it it’s a fire alarm. We googled what the alarm was and found out it was a carbon monoxide alarm. This alarm is situated in a top cupboard next to the boiler and we were unable to get to it. We contacted the host again who told us that we have complained a lot and that they have had this problem before and not to worry. As medics this worried us so our 16 year old son moved to flat 12 to stay with other members of our family while my husband and I slept in the bedroom with the window open. Completely shocked at the response from the hosts and glad to be home and able to sleep again.

I would advise AVOID staying at this place. First, I had to call them at 10 pm to get directions, as no instructions were provided earlier in the day. When I asked about the confusing pictures they sent, they told me I was the first person in seven years who couldn't understand them, despite plenty of other reviews mentioning the same issue. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi password or any toiletries provided. The biggest issue, though, was the loud noise from the air conditioning in the bathroom, which occurred every 5-10 minutes throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. If you can, I’d recommend opting for a hotel instead.

1 toilet roll for 4 night? Communication not great as things explained were not clear No instructions of wi-fi, heating, where to discard rubbish ect No tissues, no shampoos, absolutely nothing in the apartment. It’s impossible to shower without flooding whole bathroom Boiler in the bedroom extremely loud every 5 minutes with blowing sounds when turned on Lamp in living room broken It’s a shame that with such an amazing building, great location and nice flat the details are totally missed

Location, design of the rooms.

Check in couldn't be done at the time, because they didn't send a check in instructions on time. The advertisement says free toiletries but you have just soap. No coffee, no proper glasses. The dishwasher was still loaded with stuff and not emptied out. There was no toilet paper. When reached out about this had to wait long between the messages. Eventually someone brought that toilet paper around 7pm. My friend had to go shower after going to the toilet to wash her ass.. check out is at 11am but check in is at 3pm which is a little bit ridiculous as well.

Very dirty,the sofa bed was too hard and the mattress topper that was provided for it was in the wardrobe all stained and smelled of sweat, the kettle was broken and full of lime scales,one of the chairs was broken and my son fell off it,the toilet brush was old and dirty and smelled of urine,was only one duvet and 3 pillows for 3 guests ,the towels were worn out,the grater was all rusty.Cobwebs and dust in every corner of the ceiling.The facilities was also dirty such as the washing machine and fridge, the cooking pots was greasy and didn’t look like they was cleaned,frying pan was impossible to cook with and was completely scratched off.
