Aesthetically pleasing place. There is a Casio synthesizer to play. Fully stocked kitchen. Dog friendly.

The toilet is not screwed to the ground - it moves. It's not a good idea to take a bath, as the warm water runs out very fast. Taking a shower is weird; I felt like I was going to damage the property, as the water goes everywhere while standing in a bathtub with a showerhead in hand. The lighting in the bathroom is very dim. The electric towel rack didn't work. The kitchen sink is somehow broken/not functioning, as the water only drains after the trap is removed. A lot of very cool-looking things that are not practical.
