Very clean and tidy.

The futons were extremely thin besides they were on the wood floor instead of tatami. It makes big difference if you lay the futons on tatami or wood especially when they are so thin. You can not sleep.

Everything was perfect! Free parking. Variety of amenities, not to mention 3 different pairs of shampoo and conditioner. There was also free laundry detergent, rice, and cooking utensils/supplies. The place was also cozy and homey, great for a weekend getaway.

If I were to nitpick, the location was a bit difficult to find, and without a car, it might be difficult to access. It is also discouraged to leave after 8 or 9 pm, so it was a bit difficult getting the timing.

The house was super comfortable to stay in with a fully equipped kitchen that came in handy as we bought items from the supermarket. The area was also nice and quiet being in a residential area but was a quick and easy drive to Tokushima centre for sightseeing. Food was also easily available at a 5 min drive away. Also, I was impressed with the thoughtful touches of the host such as the provision of guidebooks on the surrounding area, medication in case of falling sick and full sets of toiletries for skin, body and haircare. We liked the one of the hair oils provided so much we bought a bottle to bring back home from Japan!

The futon was thin and not so comfortable to sleep in on the wooden floor. If this can be improved the stay would be perfect.

Nothing bad to write about this space. I wish we could have stayed longer.
