bHOTEL Nekoyard - Modern Loft Studio Steps from Peace Park

Very modern, clean and great location for the peace park and transport. No onsite staff but it didn’t matter as responses to messages were very quick when we needed assistance activating the hot water. Kids loved the loft bed. Full kitchen and all the comforts of home.

Loft bed uses a futon mattress so can be a bit hard for sleeping on. Suggest having 2 futon mattresses available to double the thickness for comfort.

This unit was great. Seemed like a newly built building with the concrete minimalist look. Big beds, unit can comfortably house 7-8 adults. Awesome bathroom. Host was very responsive!

This was located a few blocks away from the electric train stop. If all our luggage fit in a cab, we would have taken one to the condo.

Everything about the property is great! It is only a short walk from the Peace Park. It is clean. The cleaning supplies and kitchen supplies are completely provided. The owner was responsive to our queries and was really helpful.

The apartment was very clean and modern. It was easy to find the apartment, and the check-in/check-out process was simple. The bed was comfortable and the facilities provided were excellent. The location of the apartment is also strategic and in walking distance to various tourist attractions. We came during the cold season, so the 2 heaters really helped to warm up the apartment nicely.

The experience was outstanding, smooth arrival. The house is equipped with everything and more that you need. I will definitely go back!

Spacious apartments, everything is new, everything you need is inside, even cooking oil! trust me it's important for my breakfast lol All amenities, no dust, clean and tidy! 5 minutes walk from Atomic Dome, 2 minutes from combini and 24/7 groceirie store! Easy to find, easy to check in and check out, communication online - no need to wait!

The cleaning staff tried to help us.

We arrived at the location with multiple emails sent to the hotel for assistance to enter the building. We had to wait more then +2 hours with a cleaning staff (in 2°C weather) who had our key the whole time. We wasted a whole day with little to 0 communication from the hotel directly. There was multiple guests experiencing the same issue as well. Calling the hotel takes you to a disconnected number. With no access to our room for so long, we decided to leave. And requested a refund. Of all the emails sent to the hotel, the only one that they responded to was the one with the complaint. It was a bare bone apology and them blaming booking.com for the problem.

Location was good, close to the tourist spots and there was a close by convenience store too. the apartment itself is great. AC was cold, it did get a bit too cold even when trying to adjust the temperature but I'd rather have it cold than hot. place is clean and everything you need in a place to stay at short or long term is here.

the bed did bottom out when I sit/lay down on it. although I am on the heavy side I guess (6ft tall 220lbs) anyway it was still a comfy sleep i just tend to bottom out the bed.
