Bad attitude of owner towards guests. Owner didn't respond to problems with apartment, but quickly responded to questions about money. :) Disadvantages: 1) One stove switch was already broken. 2) Dirty bathroom - wall tiles, shower. 3) Worn and cracked dishes. 4) Owner wanted to apply an additional city tax for child. According to law of city of Palanga, children under 18 are exempt from Palanga city tax. 5) Wifi connection information written on torn cardboard strip. 6) Skylight dripped from the rain.
