The room is very nicely furnished and comfortable. The view from the terrace over the bay is amazing! Host is very friendly and even offered to book dinner for us. Perast restaurants and beaches are very walkable.

A very nice and stylish apartment with amazing view on Boka Bay, Verige Passage and St. George ana Our Lady Islands from the terrace. It's an astonishing sight when you wake up and see the bay and the tops of old houses made of rock. The most magnificent thing, besides clean and comfortable apartment, is that about 30 meters from it lies an old 17. century church with unique tower design, mystic history and mystic appearance. For all those who want to spend their vacation in a calm place with such an amazing view, a little bit moved from everyday experience and rush, Bella Vista apartments are the right choice. Very nice hosts, working and warm people full of stories about rich history of Perast and their own family, and their son, a young biology scientist who can tell you everything you want to know about nature and marine life of the Bay. Breakfast was not offered, but we were given a bottle of wine upon arrival.The location of this accommodation is fantastic, as the photos depict, and the host was friendly and welcoming. The sea is a short stroll from the beach, and we can reach it by taking a few steps down. The location is peaceful and captivating, not crowded. I personally like less-crowded places and had the best experience living there for one night. Next time, I would definitely stay there for a week or so. The food is amazing, and the water on the beach is so good; if you're a person who loves to swim, you will love it.

Some cafes and restaurants do not allow you to dine if you wear a bralette, so make sure to carry a shirt or something along with you. A beach bar is an incredible place to have fun while in your bikini.

Perfect location in Perast! 🙂 Beautifull apartment with fabulous sea view! About 450m off the main road. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Highly recommend this apartment! 🙂

Just returned from a fabulous week in Bella Vista. The views from the apartment balcony are amazing. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Extremely comfortable King size bed and great air con. Our hosts were extremely friendly, nothing was a problem.

Can’t think of any negatives.

Great location with amazing view. Apartment is very clean, comfortable and well furnished.

Host is tooo friendly (to an awkward level). Perhaps someone else might appreciate that, but we were definitely uncomfortable with his consistent offers to have a sit with him. Nothing an explicit “no” couldn’t fix, though. Private parking is available, but a slight challenge to get in as it is directly on a main highway. A bit expensive (but everything is in Perast). Still, you will probably find better deals.

The view from the room and from the terrace to the islands and entering the bay is incredible. Everything clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen. Friendly host, big plus is private parking. For every recommendation!

An excellent location - free parking above the apartment just off the main road and an easy walk down a few stairs to the apartment. The hosts live downstairs and are exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The view from the apartment balcony is incredible - the best. There are quite a lot of steps down to the town, but we found them relatively easy. Perast is a delightful, charming village and is the best place to stay to be out of busy Kotor (which is easily accessible via local Blue Line bus). Beautiful eateries along the waterfront too.
