Leider entsprach die Wohnung insgesamt nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Sie wirkt bereits sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ist zudem sehr dunkel. Beim Betreten fiel uns außerdem ein unangenehmer Geruch auf, der auch durch Lüften leider nicht verschwand. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft grundsätzlich okay, insgesamt würden wir sie jedoch eher nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Es war sehr gepflegt. Die Dame war sehr nett und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Es war jederzeit jemand erreichbar und bei Fragen wurde direkt geholfen. Sehr tolle Erfahrung :)

The host was very helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurantes, beaches and how to walk around. Also, gave us all the instructions regarding directions, where to park, key place and how to use it by WhatsApp message, which was very convenient. We were greated with a bottle of red wine and some cookies (compliments of the host) and that was really thoughtful! The house is walking distance to the old town, kotor beach and Park Slobode, where you can arrange for the boat tours. We were able to park our car on location, and not worry about it, which was always the main concern when booking a place to stay. Because it’s surrounded by trees, the house doesn’t get a lot of direct sunlight, so it’s a bit cold, but we turned the AC on to heat it up and was really comfortable.

The bed wasn’t super comfortable, it had a metal structure that squeaked everytime we moved and the mattress was kind of sinking in the middle. But it was manageable and overall everything was very comfortable.

We stayed at the property for two nights as a part of our Montenegro road trip. The property is very clean; nicely decorated. It was very quiet, with a free parking in front of the building. The host was very kind and professional.

The apartment is dark, not enough of daylight because it is located in a semi-basement. The terrace mentioned in the listing is the entrance to the apartment with a view on a wall. The main door is a glass door with blinders that you have to keep down for privacy, they should find better solution for that entrance door.

Host is always in contact and ready to help. Location is close to the main sights and the beach, also parking is available (to park a car in Kotor is a challenge in general, because you'll see the line even to charged parking). Seaview is not so clean (there are some buildings in between), but you'll see every liner entering/leaving Kotor.

Some hangers near the entrance for jackets and for towels in the bathroom are definitely required
