Calm and private apartment by Polo Apartments

We liked kind ladies, who we met and was helping with oven plate find!Thanks to them a lot!!! We like the location of the apartment and the private feeling in it. We absolutely adore the terrace outside the apartment with a view of the garden, but in Booking from the pictures it looked like it was glazed, but it turns out that it is better to use in the summer because it is mesh.

For us it wasn't cleaned enough, the sofa was cookies left, animals hairs,and the dirty mirror in the bathroom. This smell comes from bathroom shower tubes. When walking outside and coming inside the smell is intense, of course, when sitting inside, the nose gets used to the smell. In the bedroom, the bed mattress is laid out or too soft,for the back it is not comfortable. For a week staying there was left one little soap and 2rolls of toilet papper. The tumble dryer door is partially damaged,so it's risky to use. The bathroom light motion sensor is placed in such a place that you have to take a shower in the dark. Also in the other pictures it is felt that a wide-angle camera is used. Overall we liked it, but we think the price does not match the quality.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and clean! The location is excellent for getting a good rest, it is quiet and it has a beautiful back yard. It is very pet friendly and our dog enjoyed it as much as we did 😉...

Great place. I don't have the word to describe my total satisfaction. The place, the host, the environment, the equipment, the Wifi, the atmosphere, quiet, secured, all the ingredients for a beautiful and fantastic stay. Thank you, Polas, and all the team.

Very poor communicaton by a host. Rude staff. They cheat money if you stay there with a pet.

Even though we booked the apartment in the evening of the same day as we had to move in, everything was ready by the time we arrived. The apartment is spacious and clean, there are all the necessary appliances and furniture in there. The check in instructions were clear, communication with the host was pleasant and timely. The safety deposit of 150.00 EUR + a city tax was required to be sent to a bank account by the owner. The safety deposit was returned on the same day as we moved out.

The only thing that was not perfect is the fridge, which has not a nice smell, so we couldn't use it.

This apartment is gorgeous, super comfortable, spacious and cozy. It has everything you need and more. Awesome patio area with furniture, private and quiet area, free place for parking, great decor in the apartment. Heating system great. We love it our stay and definitely will be back in the future . Highly recommend. Thank you so much
