Conveniently located mid-way from the train/bus stations and the city center. Next door to the "alternative" city center, the Akropolis Mall, on a quiet street.

In June with the short nights, blackout curtains would be more useful to block out the light (and improve sleep) than the white ones in the bedroom.

the location of the apartment is great.. overall cozy and comfortable

transparent curtains on the windows, and this is the first floor. It's a bit strange. On the first evening, some strange guy was peeping at me through the window. It was creepy.

You will find everything that you might need in a house, literally everything, and it's within walking distance of the Kaunas Arena, if you are visiting for an event, a shopping centre, a supermarket and more. A super cozy studio with a perfect position. I appreciated the washer/drier and the modern kitchen a lot.

Noisy street from the bedroom (bring your earplugs if you are sensitive to noise). I would recommend to buy blockout curtains for the bedroom (there was light from the street, so bring your sleeping mask if needed). Otherwise it was a really nice place. Thank you very much.

I spent three nights in this place. It is a very comfy and spacious apartment in the central location, literally next to a Late Baroque church. When I had issues connecting to Wi-Fi, the owner replied instantly. I felt very welcome due to small gifts that the owner has kindly left on the table. Despite the central location, the privacy was well-secured, and the bedroom was very quiet.

The only drawback for someone who tends to go to bed quite late and rise a few hours after sunset is the white curtains in the bedroom. This may be slightly problematic during the summertime for some.

Very convenient location, close to a bus and train stations and a large shopping centre just a stone's throw away, however very quiet place itself. We had a good short stay there.

Location, cleanliness, easy check in, reasonable price. Very easy to get around the city with public transport or get a taxi really quick when needed. A biggest shopping mall in the city is literally steps away. Laisvės alėja ( Freedom Avenue) just a few minutes walking distance.

In my opinion it would be great to have an AC . But it's not a deal breaker.

It was a very lovely stay. Very easy communication with host, excellent location. All clean, fresh, bright. Recommend and will book again in the future, if visiting Kaunas.
