Vieta labai patogi, lengva viską pasiekti pesčiomis, tylu.

Su švara kaip ir visai gerai, jeigu nekreipti demesio į langus. Patys nešvarus langai tai būtų menka problema, tačiau voratinkliai ant visų langų jau kita. Vandens srovė iš dušo labai silpna, neįmanoma vienu metu plauti indus ir maudytis, nes neužtenka karšto vendens. Smulkmena, bet labai įtakoja buitį- nebuvo nei cukraus, druskos, pipirų ar bent trupučio aliejaus. Baldų kojites išsuktos į išorę- visą laiką daužėmės kojų pirštais, nes vietos nėra daug.
