I cannot tell you how much I liked the place. At first I was shocked to find that we were on the 2nd floor and the owners were on the ground floor. But let me tell you. It's like having your parents at home. They were sooo sweet. Gave us snacks, changed the towels even when we didn't ask them to. One time, I only asked if there is a supermarket open on new year and the owner went out probably to call then came back with a map to show me which one is open. They also have parking available onsite and just overall caring for the safety and comfort of their guests. They even played with our kids outside with their sled.

All the things that at first was not so good with me turned out great at the end so I have nothing to say but good words for this house.

Amazing owners, gave us gifts and made sure we understood all the facilities. Also gave good recommendations for where to eat.

We were warmly welcomed, and the host prepared a large quantity of snacks, drinks, ice cream, and instant noodles, all of which were free. The children traveling with us were very happy, and I was also very touched by this thoughtful arrangement. The host personally explained the room facilities and how to use them in detail, showing great care and kindness. All the arrangements were very considerate and comfortable. The host also provided guests with anti-slip shoe spikes to prevent them from slipping on icy roads. The location was just a few minutes' walk from the Subway station, which was very convenient. On the day we checked out, the host also prepared pastries as a souvenir for my children, making our journey in Hokkaido start perfectly.

とにかく広い！オーナーさんも優しくて凄く良かったです。サービスもしすぎなくらい、サービス満点でした笑

プロの清掃を入れた方が良いかなぁ〜と思いました。スリッパはちょっと履きたくなかったです。

The host is friendly and generous to provide lots of beverages and snacks to us. We feel so comfortable to live there. 😊

I would suggest there are some hooks or other facilities to let me put the dry clothes in the bathing area.
