Vila Verica

The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. The view from the balcony was perfect. The host Verica was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was very clean and had everything what you can need as a family. The view and the location was amazing. Our host Verica and her husband are such a nice person, they are always here for you if you need something. Beach, supermarket, restaurants are very near, just a few minutes walk. I can highly recommend this apartment and host. 10/10 :)

the view is incredible and the general apartment was very clean and tidy. a beautiful relaxing stay with lots of natural light and a friendly local atmosphere. the hosts were very helpful.

the bathroom or shower drain had a weird smell, the wifi was a bad connection and the dog barked every night around 1am waking us up. the balcony isn’t very private to the guests next door so keep that in mind.

Everything was so good at this property! The apartment is spacious, clean, has everything you need to spend your holidays in there, and the views from the balcony are second to none. We looked for a more peaceful area than Kotor itself, and definetely the loation is perfect, as you only have few other people close to you, but still with a lot of options to take a bath (literally one at the other side of the street), and still shops and restaurants close enough. The old city of Kotor is easily reachable in about 20 minutes by car or simply taking the local bus. But, the best of all was Vera, the owner (and also her son, who gave us very valuable tips!): she is so good with everyone, always available for anything we needed with a sincere smile, offering literally anything they had in the facilities. We really felt like being visiting family, not going to a touristic apartment. Even though our kids could not communicate with her because of a language barrier, they got along since the first minute. If we ever get back to Kotor bay, we would definetely come back here! Thank you very much Vera, it was a huge pleasure to know you.

Our 5-years-old daughter was crying all the way back to the airport because she wanted to stay longer and spend more time with Vera

I liked everything in my stay, especially our hostess Verica ,she is so kind and helpful and always there to help you,she doesn't know English but using herbody language ,mimes and gestures she solves everything in her language ,the house was so small but it had two balconies ,they were both comfortable and enough for a 4 People family .. i want to go Kotor again next year and if i go there i Will stay at Verica's

Everything was ok ,but the road of the house is so steep it May be Hard to park a big car if you are not a professional

Amazing place with amazing view! everything is perfect. stairs and driveway was a bit scary, but only first day. hosts are very friendly, we got everything what we need. fell in love with Julie (owners dog) she was so lovely. highly recomend for everyone!! worth every penny!

The location is amazing, close to Kotor, Tivat etc. The view from the terrasse is exceptional and worth every EUR spent:) The owners are very kind and helpful (helped us a lot of times and made our stay happy. Mamy thanks, dears!
