The apartment is located in a very pleasant and quiet area of ​​Budva, close to everything, including the central bus station. The apartment is very spacious, bright and cozy. Equipped with everything you need for a long stay, including a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a kitchen with utensils for preparing meals. The staff in charge of the apartment is very helpful, takes care of everything you need and responds to every request quickly and with a smile. I would love to come back here again.

It was a clean and cozy apartment with WiFi. balcony and elevator. Owner was very hospitable and helpful. Hope to visit this place again. My family liked this apartment a lot.

We stayed at this garni hotel in Budva in early February for a business trip and experienced outstanding service. Owner Goran is a true host—he went above and beyond to fulfill every wish and need. Traveling with young children (six of us total), and despite booking a large apartment, he kindly offered another one free of charge “so we wouldn’t feel cramped.” When parking was full, he even moved his own car to free up a spot for us. The location is ideal for Budva—close to both the beach and city center. The apartment was impeccably clean and tidy, with daily cleaning. The maintenance man even replaced a light bulb we hadn’t used (the housekeeper noticed and reported it). Everything was top-notch—we highly recommend and will definitely return!

Quite close to shops bars and bakeries. The beach is 10 min walk. I liked underground parking for my car for free in this crowded place.

No coat hangers in a small hall.

Very nice and clean room, the room has everything you need for living. Very kind and friendly host.
