Enjoy Old Town vibes in 1716 Laipu Residence with 4 stylish Apartments and 1 Penthouse

Muy buena ubicación y confortable.

La cocina es de quita y pon y no hay fregadero en la cocina, se tiene que usar el lavamanos del baño. Está situado encima de un bar y se escucha lavamanos música y a la gente que pasa por la calle por la noche.

A friend and I both stayed here, in 2 different apartments. After a bit of confusion over if we were going to be able to get in arriving very late at night (as host said this was not guaranteed) but they sent a door code and a lock box code and all was absolutely fine. (this worry is easily avoidable with clearer communication). But easy to self check in and check out leaving the key in the lock box again. Location is very central in old town which was so easy to get anywhere in a few minutes (note that taxi drop off spots are on outskirts of old town, but less than 5 min walk to the apartments). Well equipped apartment with kitchenette and sink, and all utensils. Everything you need. I unfortunately had a big leak in the shower so the bathroom flooded. But my host came to fix it while I was out sightseeing and replaced my towels used to mop up. So all sorted very quickly (thank you).

While the location is really great, and when researching areas to stay in, Vecriga was stated as being a quiet area... This is not the case over the weekends as only a few meters away on the square live music played until 1am each night. It was fun to hear and be part of the fun, but if you are after quiet, then this isn't the spot for you. (not the fault of the accommodation, and the windows do try to block this out) The bed was comfy, but the pillows are terrible! (sorry, but very true - my friend in the other apartment had the same comment.) This does impact your comfort and sleep, I would strongly suggest they are replaced with new ones. But overall a good spot to stay.

Location was perfect, clear and responsive instructions, very spacious room. Everything was clean, plenty of pillows.

Amazing location in the heart of the city. We had everything we needed in the apartment.

Location was exceptional. The apartment was clean and large. Best nights sleep I’ve had in months. I was able to wash couple of items which was lovely of the lady to enable me to do it. We had fun trying to understand other!

Needed instructions on how to find free to air tv shows. There was a bar close by and they played music till 3am one morning so that was annoying. But it was only on Wednesday night not on a Monday or Tuesday,

Really good sized room in a central location. Couldn't fault it at all. Well equipped and super comfortable! Beds were very nice!

The room could be a little bit noisy early in the morning with people using the service area and the shower was a bit blocked, meaning that it didn't drain very well. Not a major issue though and easily fixed!

De locatie midden in de oude centrum was perfect, de douche, het bed en de WiFi ook
