Enjoy Old Town vibes in 1716 Laipu Residence with 4 stylish Apartments and 1 Penthouse

Ho scelto questo bellissimo appartamento per la mia vacanza in solitaria per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. La struttura si trova nel centro storico della città vecchia, davvero a pochissimi passi da tutte le attrazioni principali della meravigliosa Riga. La camera era calda e accogliente, con tutto il necessario se si ha voglia di rimanere in camera a consumare un pasto. Molto moderna, pulita e fornita. Il proprietario è sempre stato super disponibile nel rispondere a tutte le mie domande. Sicuramente é un posto in cui ritornerei se dovessi ritornare a Riga!!!

Excellent communication with the host. Great location. I loved the apartment! it was clean, tidy and warm. The bed and sofa were comfortable. There are some kitchen utensils for light/quick meals: electric stove tops, cutlery, plates, coffee cups, glasses, pots and pans. But I had to assemble the lid before use.

There was oil in the frying pans, so the inside of the cupboard smelled of old oil. The spatula was dirty and encrusted (probably from the previous user). The TV could not be connected to the wifi and that’s why i wasn‘t able to use it. A lamp in the hallway (directly in front of the entrance to Apartment 5) would be very helpful, as it was a bit dark.

The apartment was bigger than expected. Location was 10/10.

Lovely apartment, in the city centre, fast internet which was very useful for work. Had everything you needed, especially the facilities to wash your clothes etc.

Bedding could be upgraded. There was a half full bottle left in the wardrobe. There were lots of stairs within the apartment which my mum struggled with especially because there was no railing to hold on to. The floor in the shower also was quite slippery and again no handles to hold on to.

The host was excellent and sent all the apartment details the day before, which made arrival very easy. I took the bus from the airport—only €1.50—and it was just a 5–10 minute walk from the stop to the apartment. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day of walking. Overall, a great stay!

If o was to be picky I would have like an armchair to sit rather than a small chair and table.

Удобное месторасположения. До автовокзала пешком 7-10 минут. Рядом много различных баров и кафе. Подробная информация для без контактного заселения. В апартаментах уютно и комфортно для длительного проживания.

Отсутствие тапочек и зеркала. Есть только зеркальный шкафчик в ванной комнате.

The flat is clean, sweet, welcoming, tidy. It lacks nothing. And we appreciated a lot the coffee offered to us. Position is perfect.

Все понравилось: расположение, чистота, есть все необходимое, простая инструкция заселения. А еще очень тепло) обязательно вернусь!
