Luxury apartment with a balcony and view in Riga Old Town

The apartment is new and comfortable. Very well decorate and the terrace is nice. Air conditioning was helpful and it has all basic facilities of an apartment. At our arrival we had cookies. mineral water, coffee and tea. The location is great, just in the old town, with many main visitors attractions just a few minutes walking. The central market, the central bus station and the central train station are 5 minutes walking. Everything was well. It is really a good option to stay in Riga and our option to stay if we came back to Riga.

The flat was super clean and tidy with everything you need for a great stay. The location is so close to restaurants and bistros that you don't need to walk more than a few hundred yards for any meal time. There's a nightclub down the road, but don't let that put you off, we could only hear it when we were on the balcony, or if we left the windows open but we kept them closed most nights and had the air-conditioning on for comfort.

It's in the old town, which is great, but there's a lot of building renovations happening very close, so the view closer to the apartment isn't great but noise levels were low when we were there so we were happy enough.

The Apartment is middle in the center of Riga, everything you need is just 5 min away. We loved the furniture and felt so well, because it is so bright because of the rooftop windows. We frlt like being at home and had breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and centrally located.

It was difficult to figure out how to get in, since there are two entries with the same address. And the parking! The host told us if we parked between the two signs, we wouldn't be charged. Instead, we got a 53 euro ticket. The next night I downloaded the europark app and paid for parking. Another 53 euro ticket. And our bumper was knocked off by drunken revelers. I asked the host what to do -- no response. Finally put the car in a garage a kilometer away. And there is no way to pay the tickets -- the machines won't take my credit card, the website has been bought by the Chinese.

Perfect location. Clean and comfy. Nice breeze coming in from the windows and balcony. Everything one needs from a place in Riga. Just walk outside and you'll be in the old town. If you need parking, there are parking spaces outside the building for 12 euros a day. Download the mobilly app and add your credit card and choose the whole time. You have to do it twice. Once from 8am-6pm and once from 6pm-8am. The meter guy is out there all the time. So make sure to set an alarm to do it.
