City Inn Riga Apartment, Old Town History Heritage with parking

The location and was good. The free parking was also a plus. The apartment was also very big.

The apartment looked warn, could use some repairs. The mattresses were really uncomfortable, very soft, need exchanging. Out in the halls there was a moldy smell that reached the apartment too. In the bathroom, the bath and the sink leaked and the floors were constantly soaked and on top of that, they were cold as well. There were also a bunch of random holes in the walls which really brought down the comfortability. There was also an incident with the hostess that really brought down the mood of the trip. There was a misunderstanding and since she had written everywhere that she´d come to help if needed, I called her and she came. When she arrived she was incredibly passive aggressive and rude, very unlikeable.

The keys were in a box next to the apartment, all went smoothly. The flat is spacious wirh huge rooms and a perfect view of the church od St Peter, so it is central. I would coke back.

All fine for me. I suppose the street could be noisy at night, but I do not really mind.

It's localised in the very center of Riga Old Town, so it's near everything, institutions, supermarkets, restaurants etc. It's also well equipped, light and spacious.

Don't think about sleeping there on a Saturday night. Not only the pubs at the street make noise until early morning hours but it's something about this building that makes everything shakes due to neighbouring parties. Literally floors, cupboards, doors, everything shakes as people dance, jump, shout somewhere around until 3 a.m. Some details could be improved like replacing the squeaking mattreses, washing curtains or connecting the TV to the antenna as it is only connected to internet.

The apartment is in an excellent and convenient location. The open space and natural light is wonderful. Plenty of space for our group. The assistance and suggestions we received from the staff were very much appreciated. I highly recommend this unit.
