El espacio es amplio, estaba limpio, tenía ropa de cama y toallas limpias... La cocina estaba equipada y pudimos cocinar. La temperatura del piso es agradable.

El grifo de la ducha estaba roto y no nos avisaron con antelación. Nos avisaron el día que entrabanos al apartamento... Hay un sofá que es muy incómodo para dormir y hemos tenido que dormir dos personas en la misma cama.. no es un piso para 3 si se pretende dormir separados.

I absolutly hated that owners aren't responding when sent msg, it has bee 2nd time we staying but it's super annoying when there is no respond. For me I truly don't care, apartment was great but for some Travellers could be extremely u polite if msg aren't responded. My youngest hurted also very badly leg in bath which was not be informed prewards. Otherwise if u look for amazing apartment in mid of city, that's perfect. People who lazy, there are stairs up up..

The location is excellent — close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transport, cafes, and shops. The kitchen was modern, spacious, and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals at home. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well throughout my stay. The apartment was clean and quiet. Check-in was smooth.

I stayed there for a month. The owners clearly invested a lot of money in appliances and furniture, but not much thought went into functionality. You can’t shower while you stand up, as the shower hose is too short. If you want to bathe, you literally have to sit down in the bathtub. The setup leaves the floor constantly wet, and there’s no sink in the bathroom, which makes basic hygiene difficult. The layout and comfort of the living room need improvement, and most of the lighting uses cold blue bulbs, giving the space a harsh, hospital-like feel. Also, in the kitchen, a normal-sized fridge would have been much more suitable for a longer stay.

Very convenient location. The apartment was well furnished with both a steamer and a conventional iron.

The apartment did not have a shower cabin but only a bath tap.

Excellent location. You can explore Riga on foot from here. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need, even a washing machine. Quiet apartment. Very comfortable. I recommend it. Good key handover system

The biggest downside of this place is the lack of a sink in the bathroom. There is no way to brush your teeth. The bathtub is also old and worn out, yellowed and in need of replacement. The building is a bit dark, but the people are friendly and it is safe.
