広島駅から路面電車で行けて、観光地にも行きやすかったところ。 洗濯機と浴室乾燥があり、長期滞在する場合はとても良いと思った。 喫煙者だったので、ベランダでタバコを吸えたのもありがたかった。

初めに提示されていた料金とどこかの確認画面での支払金額が変わってたところ。（清掃料） この清掃料は毎日の清掃ではありません。 初めに提示していただけるともっと良いと思った。

"広々としていて快適でした。子連れでも泊まりやすく次回もまた利用したいです！"

広くてお風呂がゆったりしていたところ。あったらいいなと思うものが全て揃えられていた点。（洗濯機、ハンガー、掃除機、電子レンジ、皿等）
