It's very spacious and comfy. Very good valued. I contacted the staff concerning shortage of tissue paper and they provided more than enough the next day. 7-11 right beside it.

There's stain on the sofa bed cover, the ventilator in the toilet is broken which they couldn't just fix now. The online check-in system was a bit confusing, too. I had to do it twice.

Location was very accessible. There’s a 7eleven beside it for basic needs. Beds were comfortable and i really liked that there was a clothes dryer 🥰

Owner might want to consider adding a 2seater dining nook and having the electrical power line checked. It might need some load adjustment because the breaker kept tripping off. It was also quite a bit of a hassle that our parking slot was occupied when we checked in. But the staff was very responsive to solve it.

Dealing with the owner/host was stressful. She sent requirements, then before we had time to complete them, threatened us with “This Is Japanese Law!” I sent all our personal information twice, because she claimed she didn’t receive it. Then she didn’t know the difference between being a resident and having residence. My wife is a resident of Japan, but has a residence in the US. All the unnecessary copies of documents that are not required makes me feel uneasy. This is how identity theft happens. One of her other rules is “Do Not Talk To any of the other tenants!” Makes you wonder what she’s hiding. She had an iPad with some kind of check-in procedure that didn’t work. This was also “Required By Japanese Law” but when it didn’t work she said, “Oh just Skip That”, so much for Japanese Law. lol When you open the door and walk in there is a camera. We felt like we needed to look to see where else she had cameras. We didn’t find any, but it was still creepy knowing there was a camera and probably a microphone in the apartment. The room was surface clean, but not really clean behind things or if you moved things. We had to put a sheet over the futon because it wasn’t clean and had stains on the cover. Very uncomfortable and kind of falling apart, but we only sat on it to watch TV. The dryer filter hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I cleaned at least a quarter inch of lint out of it. Now the dryer works better. You’re welcome. Some other tenant must have had someone park in their reserved spot. I received an email asking if I was parking in the wrong spot. This was 3 days into our stay. Why did she accuse me of parking wrong!!?? I sent her a photo of my assigned spot and she replied, continue parking there. Yes, I never parked anywhere but in my spot. Yes, dealing with this owner/host was stressful. The location is next to several bars.
