The place is in a good location on an up-and-coming street with new cafés and bars popping up. The town center is not too far away, there is also a park nearby. The owner/manager was flexible with me arriving earlier than I indicated. I really appreciate it. Wifi/ac works well. Card payment was possible.

The place itself was alright, but it is not amazing. Furniture is slightly dated. The bedroom faces the street with the cafés and bars, not too noisy, but also not exactly quiet. The kitchenette is a bit dated and not appealing to use. No coffee maker. I locked myself out of the bathroom because the door handle fell of and the manager was impatient about it, as if it would have been my fault.. I managed to fix it myself in the end.
