The owner was dissapointing. He didnt even greet us - which isnt a problem, but the problem occured when we ran into a million things that were wrong in the apartment, and he just (although he did reply) sent a third person to come check in with us what the problems were. The communication between the owner was good (hence im writing this in this box) over texts, but he didnt bother to send over a person who has a clue or two about the apartments over all. The third person was considerate and nice to us, listened to all of our complaints

First thing - security. When we came to the apartment, the doors were unlocked (which is to be expected) but then, we couldnt lock them, not even close them. However that was (luckily) when we realized anyone could open the doors from the front. Owner did send a third person, who luckily repaired that for us. But I think that those kind of things should be clearly written and let known to the tourists prior than they come to this place. Then the issue with the cleanleaness. The apartment was filthy. Its obvious it was not vacuumed nor cleaned properly in a while. There was dust everywhere, the bathroom is full of mold - so much so that we tried bathing as little as possible. Every cabinet (when you open it) is full of hairs, and dust. In every bathroom (in all three apartments) there was something wrong. The bathroom in the basement is so small you have to wash your teeth while almost standing outside. The second one - the shower head was unusable so you could shower with the top one only. The third one - the toilette seat was broken (which we documented, so it couldnt be said that we broke it - which the host was considerate about). In conclusion, all three bathrooms were filthy, full of mold and hairs, uncleaned pipes full of limescale. Now coming to the biggest issue of all - filthy bed sheets. Sheets in every apartment were yellow, unironed, and visibly used and dirty. Every pillowcase was stained. It was gross, and we were really upset by that. I cannot even fanthom how one host could not put clean sheets after their guests. Also, every apartment only got 1 single glass - really dissapointing. When you pay for something, you at least expect it to be clean and usable. Also we lost wifi the third day into our stay

Passive aggressive host, didn't provide any info such as wifi password , requested to leave my backpack for couple of hours after checkout accepted at first, tried to contact them on check out time, ghosted me , hours later seen my messages on WhatsApp but never responded , very disrespectful. For the kitchenette, no cups, mugs or teaspoons for drinks.

Właściciel z powodu awarii rury, chciał żebym to ja odwołał rezerwację - nie zgodziłem się. Po przyjeździe właściciel nie odbieral telefonu. Zostałem bez noclegu. Musiałem na szybko szukać innego obiektu

La ubicación , cercana al centro de Ohrid.

Estaba sucio ( ducha con cal , utensilios de cocina sucios y con grasa dentro de los muebles , ventanas sucias por dentro con telas de arañas y mosquitos muertos , paredes con humedades , secador con polvo en la parte donde expulsa el aire , la mampara no funciona y se encharca el baño , el agua no sale caliente todo el rato…. ) solo dejaron un rollo de papel empezado para tres noches y dos personas ….

Mobilyalar ve ev yeniydi. Ortamın ambiyansı güzeldi.

Temizlik zayıftı. Peçete sadece bir rulo vardı ekstra koyulmamıştı. Genel olarak temiz değildi, tozluydu. Nevresimler temizdi ama genel olarak çok temiz hissettirmedi.
