"Exceptional"

The apartment is flawless. However, the word "exceptional" should mean that the apartment has something unique, special, rather than a good standard. So in the way how I see the reality and how I use the words this apartment was on the scale very good-superb, not exceptional. But as I slept for last 6 months in about 20-30 accommodation via booking.com and experienced how the ratings not match the reality, I need to give this apartment 10 not to harm a good job the host does as it was one of the best accommodation I had.

The apartment is in the center, has new furniture, and many restaurants, shops, and bars are a few steps away. Parking is just by the flat. It is very good everything. Really :)
