Great location, the building seems a little older, but that doesn't matter. The apartment is clean, has everything you need to spend the night, parking in the garage is the biggest plus. The landlord is always available for all kinds of arrangements. Really all recommendations.

Little bit older bathroom, but clean and all was working well.

Very nice location. There is indoor parking and the owner is helpful in everything.

Lokacija stana je fantastična. Podzemna garaža nam je baš značila. Sa vlasnikom smo se lako dogovorili oko svega.

The location is great, just a 20-minute walk to the centre and a 10-minute walk to the main park on the riverside. Also around the location, there are many bakeries, restaurants etc. And the owner was super responsive and replied to our communication within 1 hour regardless of the time we contacted him (early morning/later night, etc).

There was a small problem with the wifi and we couldn't use it for a couple of hours. Nevertheless, the owner was more than helpful and he quickly came to the house and fixed the issue (which was anyway from the internet provider)
