Apartment Evgenija

Small nice apartment in new building direct in the city. We have to our disposal garage for ourcar. Good location, close to old city. Not far to lake.

All was ok.

The apartment is new, excellently equipment, it has everything what you need. Naum is very friendly host. Also there is garage space for your vehicle. Very closely ho the city center.

The location of the apartment is great, right in the center, the host was really helpful, pleasent and responsive, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and the bed is really comfortable had a pleasent stay except for the noise

The apartment right next to the entrance of the building, so the patio is not very private, and overlooking a rackage of a building right infront... also you can hear every person going in and out and slaming the door or entering the code of the building which is making a very load unpleasent noise

I liked the apartment's decoration: it had a warm and personal touch with lots of cute details. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. It was clear that the place was well-maintained, and cleanliness was a big plus. The apartment is well equipped. The location was great – quiet, yet close to the city center. Plus, the hosts were very helpful throughout our stay.

On the downside, the apartment is on the ground floor, and its windows are right by the entrance door. This meant we could hear the door slamming, people coming and going, and the sound of the passcode being entered, which was quite annoying. Also, there's a significant lack of privacy. People passing by just one meter from the windows made us feel like we had to keep the curtains closed even during the day. When it got dark, we had to lower the blinds completely.

The appartement was great, nice equipt and well located. The lake, old town and Turkish part with market where just a few minutes walking away. Naum and his wife are very friendly and helpful. A really good spot to stay in Ohrid.
