Beautiful Apartment Great Location FREE PARKING

A very clean, tidy, and cozy one-room apartment is perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child. Everything is well-organized, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a large TV. The apartment is located close to the city center, with the nearest shopping mall just a 5-minute drive away. Parking is not an issue. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this apartment for a few days and can confidently recommend it to everyone.

The road leading to the house is in poor condition, but that is an issue for the city authorities and not something the apartment owners can control.

Amazing little place next to great sushi, and coffee places around.

For longer staying no instructions where to get rid of the rubbish.

The building looks old, but the appartament is nice and clean. The old town is across the bridge, about 30 min walk. I loved Riga and the appartament was a good place to stay for a short time.

The location is very disappointing, the surrounding looks like time machine which takes you back to Soviet Union with multiple abandoned and poorly maintained buildings around.

The apartment is furnished simply, but very clean and tidy. There are all needed utensils. The owner is kind and communicative. Arrival instructions are clear. Simple self check-inn. Free parking in Riga is a big bonus.

Maybe there is nothing very bad but apartment is located in a typical sad soviet-era apartment building. Around the corner is some kind of church institution that donates the food. Not very nice and sober persons comes from there to share their bread on the stairs near the windows. I was mainly upset by an angry neighbour who came to require me to move a car from "his" place. According to the host and road signs parking is alowed everywhere around the house with the parking pass. That crazy guy claimed that the place belongs to him, becouse he lives here, and I only rent an apartment. That he "made" that place as well. He spoke in russian so I could not argue becouse of a lack of language knowledges.
