"This place is not for everyone."

Place was clean, not far from bus stop, big enough and apartament itself looked decent enough.

Building itself is horrible, there is stinking hole near entrance, apartament could use bit of small fixes (dent in the floor, cabinets not closing etc) and neighbours are noisy.
