Paola was an amazing host, the best tips and best attitude ever

The apartment was just lovely. Very comfortable with updated furnishings and a beautiful view of the harbor from the terrace. Paola met us at the parking garage and walked us to the apartment, orienting us to Riomaggiore on the way down. Our visit coincided with rainy weather so she briefed us on the orange alert that had been declared for the next day - informing us that restaurants, stores and hiking trails would be closed. She advised us to stock up on some food items in advance and suggested that we do the nearby Via Dell'Amore walk that afternoon while the weather was good. She continued to check in with us via WhatsApp, advising about the changing weather conditions, which was really appreciated! And she reminded us about the time change occurring during our stay! We hope to go back again and enjoy the area when the weather is better. Riomaggiore and all of the towns are absolutely beautiful - but be prepared to walk up and down hilly terrain!

Location was wonderful, right in the harbor. They left a small bottle of prosecco to welcome the guest. Property was clean, shower and bathroom wonderful. Size was great. Having available parking was nice, at a cost of $20 euro (if I remember correctly) per day.

I wanted to love this property, and the woman who helped until we showed up was WONDERFUL. Unfortunately, the woman who met us to get into the garage and property was brusque, disinterested and downright rude. After a long, stressful drive to get to this location from our last, we were met by a woman who waved us to the parking area. Once up the ramp she nastily commented how big our car was (we sent the car size we'd be driving ahead of time to make sure it would fit and were told it was fine). She was incredibly impatient as we attempted to hastily (at her command) get our bags from the car before parking in a tiny garage spot. As we gathered our things she snapped we should leave things we don't need and wouldn't be able to come back to the garage (this was clearly false, as we had the keys and the opener the entire time we were there). In addition, this woman did not even address my husband, spoke only AT me, and scoffed whenever I asked sincerely for information on the property or the surrounding area. It was not the welcome one would hope for in a beautiful area, especially given the wonderful support of the online person before we arrived. The property requires you to haul your bags down some steep hills, and down 20 plus cement steps to the property, and up another set of 14 to the place. It wasn't too much for us, but you cannot do this if you are not somewhat in shape. The return to the car the next day was a workout. You can hire a man from town to take your bags up, and that information, along with a bunch of very helpful info about trains, ferries, etc., were on the table in a binder. That part was great. The place itself is nice, but the building absolutely has dankness and mold. My throat and eyes burned the second we arrived, and over the two nights we both got sick. We travel, a lot, this was the worst service and an ok stay of our two weeks in Italy. 5 star view and clean, that's about it.

We loved everything about this property. The location is amazing! Walking distance to everything and a beautiful view from the balcony. Being in the heart of Riomaggiore was so perfect. The property itself was very clean, modern and so spacious. Paola was so great and gave lots of great recommendations.

Beautiful view!! Convenient to train and ferry. Very clean and comfortable.

Pack LIGHT!! Have to walk down a very giant hill (nearly half a mile) and then down a couple of flights of stairs to get there. Okay goin down, but you have to pull it back up when you leave. This is avoided if you ride the ferry or the train. But worth it for the location.

Loved the locations!! The condo was very new and nicely appointed!
