En del støj om natten fra tog og sporvogne. Mangel på service, f.eks. kun to kopper og 3 glas, så der skulle vaskes op, hver gang der var brugt en ting

Очень хорошее местоположение

Квартира с убитым ремонтом. Холодильник без полок, с намершей «шубой» на задней стенке, постоянно тёк. В духовке нет противней. Практически нет посуды (нет большой миски например для овощного салата и т.д) В спальне нет штор, никаких. Закрыть окно чтоб получить полноценный сон, у вас не получится. Постельное белье так же убитое, неприятное, застиранное. В последний день хозяйка примчалась в 10.59! С просьбой освободить квартиру. Мы собственно практически это и сделали, но попросили 10мин, на что был получен ответ нет. Очень не гостеприимная хозяйка. Знайте, вам тут точно не будут рады. От души советуем другое жильё

Die Größe war für 3 Leute ok, Lageol

Schlafzimmer mit 4 Fenstern in einen Innenschacht, Blick von Nachbarwohnung möglich, keine Frischluft, Zigarettenrauch der Nachbarn, Wohnzimmer: wenn Fenster geöffnet werden, war es sehr laut, Müllabfuhr schon früh um vier, Straßenreinigung nachts um zwei. Unterkunft als Barriere frei gekennzeichnet. Das trifft für das Haus und die Wohnung zu. Man kommt nur nicht hin, Fußwege zu schmal, Straßen mit grobem Kopfsteinpflaster, Couch und Kühlschrank defekt. Geschirr nicht ausreichend.
