Luxury Modern Apartment in the heart of Marrakesh.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and a lovely pool.

The apartment was just like the photos. Very clean, big and beautiful. I have no complaints at all about the inside of the apartment. And the bed was extremely comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful with everything and always quick to answer. We were Very pleased.

The pool area is not for everyone… it’s very over crowded, & no sun stools. And it’s not a place for tourists. As a female you will not be comfortable wearing bathing suits there. So I highly recommend this apartment if you don’t plan to use the pool area. Because the only bad thing was that era. And a lot of disrespectful men unfortunately in the complex…

Nice neighbourhood, new and spacious flat, owner allowed 2 hours late checkout

We waited an hour on the street before getting the keys, the owner who lives in another country didn't provide a local contact until the last minute. No heating as air-conditioning wasn't working, our stay was in winter with temperature dropping to 4 degree Celsius at night. We found wet towels kept for drying in the flat, no toilet paper, no kitchen tissue, no dish washing liquid, kettle with scales, a dirty microwave and shower with scales and orange fungus. We had to rush to the store as soon as we arrived.. We were told that there is no access to the washing machine even though it is mentioned in the property facilities. The property location requires you to take a taxi for about 10 Euros if you are visiting attractions in the city. So this will add up to the cost.

I needed to pay some fees at the door, these fees were not visible during the booking of the appartment.

The appartment was very clean and spacious. The rooms were big and the beds comfortable. Would reccomend.

The appartment is build in a local neigbourhood which means that you would have to take a taxi to get into the city and also, we did not have warm water for three days. Our contact Asma who is the sweetest girl I know solved the problem for us by letting it checked by someone.
