Good location, spacious apartment with a swimming pool and a shallow area for kids. It was a ground floor apartment so easy to bring the stuff in from the car via the terrace. The whole apartment is in a gated community and has security, and is clean and spotless in all outdoor area. Good to have a seperate toilet for a family of 4. Close to all restaurants, some very good tasty restaurants. The swimming pool was very clean and caretakers everywhere cleaning constantly. There was enough towels, the owner was helpful enough to drop us extra blankets as it got a bit cold at night (February) she was very kind and she was available via WhatsApp to answer any questions. There was no microwave, it would be great if the owner added a microwave to their kitchen, as well as an iron. Otherwise it was a nice home.

The entire home smelt of cigarette. Kitchen sink wasnt clean. Original pillowcase smelt of cigarettes/odour maybe they forgot to change it and I had to ask for new linen. Needs better lighting in the living room.

The place was quiet, and location is very good.

only problem was the location of the apartment was not the best, as it's a bit far out from the main part of Agadir beach. It's a about 20 minutes walk

This is a luxury development in a very good location. The pool was very well maintained, except for the last 2 days. The climate and the excellent gastronomy.

We were forbidden to bring girls to the apartment. I think this should be stated earlier. We pay 800eur for 11 days. They instructed the guards not to let companions pass. But according to what they told us, they can't prohibit it, they just won't let you pass with them. In addition, they had to change 2 mattresses the next day because of how bad they smelled. A hotel would have cost us less, breakfast included and cleaning every day. They are also building a shopping center right next to it, which raises dust every day.
