Cozy Crib

The apartment was clean and maintained. The pool is amazing and clean. It is near the other side of Golden beach with a great view.

The generator does not supply power to the apartment during a blackout.

The flat was very spacious and beds comfortable. Ample parking space with good security. Not far from town center. The host was readily available to answer messages. Good ambience and walking distance to the beach.

There was no toilet rolls in the bathrrom and we had to ask for them on the second day. Though I delayed my checkin to 5pm, the caretaker was still cleaning when we got there and we had to leave and come back later.

We had a really pleasant stay here! The facilities were all working perfectly and fully available, the host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, and nicely maintained, with a smooth check-in and check-out process.

The only small area that could be improved, would be having an option for a hot shower.

Shataf/ water pipe in the washroom Toilet was leaking in one bathroom Would prefer if there were ceiling fans so dont need to use AC Rooms are a little small. Need a few more neccessities such as blankets, pillows, dustbins in bedroom and mattresses were a bit worn out.

The space was adequate

It was NOT clean, all of the windows/patio doors/mirrors were dirty with finger marks. No hot water at all throughout the whole of our stay, we mentioned this to the housekeeper but this issue was not resolved!!! I use booking.com for all of my bookings, and it states when booking that I can pay cash on arrival, but was then told on arrival that needed to pay by Mpesa only. I don’t have a Mpesa account, therefore this did cause a problem as had to find someone with this account, which was a huge inconvenience. It also states on the website site that this place is only a few hundred meters from the town centre - which it is most definitely not!!! The housekeeper was literally inside the apartment before our departure time, which was extremely rude, and we were not happy with this! The photos of cozy crib look fabulous and bright however the apartment is nothing like this - it is dull & dirty! I do think that booking.com need to check out these properties more thoroughly, before being advertised, and the information needs to be more accurate.

De accommodatie is perfect ,2 slaapkamers ,2 badkamers. Zwembad is een pluspunt
