Appartement spaciaux et confortable, idéal pour une famille grâce à ses deux chambres. Endroit très propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour faire de votre séjour une réussite. A l'écart de la médina : un "+" concernant le bruit très faible dans l'environnement direct, un léger "-" si on regarde la distance jusqu'à la médina (20 minutes à pied). Ca reste très facile d'accès !

We rented the 2 bedrooms apartment which is very spacious and very clean. The building is very nice and immaculately clean. It is very well located in a quiet area. It is a 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 30 minutes along the promenade into town. There are plenty of little shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Overall a very nice place

The roof terrace is shared with the other apartments (4 in total), so you might not have the privacy you expect. The advertised washing machine is also on the terrace and shared amongst all the other apartments. There is an extra charge to use it which I am not sure is listed.

Séjour de 4 nuits et on nous réclame 30 dirhams pour une lessive…. Ça fait de la peine quand même. Lit non fait à l’arrivé par ailleurs Un rouleau de papier toilette pour 4 nuits On est pas difficile mais le coup de la Machine c’était trop

Très bonne communication avec l hôte. Intervient très rapidement pour tous problèmes. L appartement du RDC est grand et agréable à vivre Commerces locaux très bien tels que restos, épiceries, hammam ... Quartier vivant et très proche de la plage.

Bien que les photos pourraient laisser penser que la terrasse fait partie de l appartement du RDC, cette dernière se situe au 3ème étage, il faut le savoir...

The apartment was very clean, in a fairly quiet area, close to many shops, local restaurants ("Chama Resto," fabulous) and a great bakery, "Patachou." As I stayed in winter, the hosts provided thick blankets for the bed, but the house has no insulation so even a small heater, offered by other hosts in other apartments, would have been appreciated. It was absolutely freezing.

Only 1 plate, 1 mug and 1 bowl in the kitchen was NOT chipped or broken. In a family sized apartment, that's a lot of broken items. I chose the place because a washing machine was listed in the facilities. However, on arrival, I discovered a sign on the door to the roof, that said guests had to pay an extra 30 Dhms per wash. Later, the hostess said this was mentioned on the site but, in fact, it says an additional 3 euros will be charged for a "service wash." I did 3 washes there, myself, using powder I bought with me and obviously hung the washing to dry. Still, when I was leaving, the hostess insisted I give the cleaner 90 Dhms which I refused to pay. I then booked "Chez Ali" opposite and discovered it is owned by the same family. All of them obsessed with how much cash they can squeeze out of tourists. I did not feel welcome as a solo female traveller. Many women in Morocco don't work and seem to resent those that do.

Very nice little flat, lovely decorated, very clean. Very good communication with owners. Location is good, quiet, few good restaurants, within walking distance from beach, medina etc... good value for money

Ground floor flat so very dark, not much natural light, different entrance to main building so not brilliant to go on terrace. Flat advertised with washing machine but not in there, washing machine situated on terrace, not free extra cost.

Globalement , nous avons été surpris de la dichotomie entre le descriptif du logement initial et l'état trouvé ( minuscule studio, pas de volets , placards humides, pas de ménage..) Nous avons aussi reçu - avant notre arrivée- des messages très aimables de la part de l'hôtesse. Malheureusement , lors de notre arrivée , nous avons déchanté : *Nos passeports ont été exigés. *Nous avons signifié que nous avions des bagages. Le petit studio est au troisième étage sans ascenseur avec escalier très étroit. Aucune aide proposée. *Nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude et l'avons signalé. Pas de réponse aimable mais le chauffe-eau a été réenclenché..il était en mode été!! *Le 29/12 au soir , nous avons été interpelés par des locataires de l'établissement qui attendaient depuis 1h leurs clefs..la propriétaire leur avait signalé qu'elle arrivait.. *Le 31/12 à 18h , plus de courant dans le studio. La propriétaire nous dit d'attendre 1h 30 son retour. Nous avons dû insister pour être dépannés par une voisine dans l'heure!! Nous sommes donc déçus car nous ne partons pas en vacances pour être mal reçus , mal installés et quasi otages d'un contexte de service touristique non maîtrisé.
