The property is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The host is friendly and excellent communication in French.

We thought there would be a washing machine in the appartement, but it is in fact on the roof terrace.

The neighbourhood was a bit messy and there was a problem with the sewer, so it smelled.

The first floor apartment is big and practical! It was very well equiped. We loved the neighbourhood, it’s not in the medina but in a residential area and still within a walking distance. There was a very fluent and easy communication!

We misunderstood the pictures: only the top floor apartment has it’s own terrace. The others have a shared one we didn’t use in the end. It wouldn’t stop us from comkng back though

Ground floor apt was cold, dark, heating was an extra charge, double bed narrow for 2 people, sofa would be difficult for 3rd person to sleep on, toilet paper was in short supply, washing machine (extra charge) was not in the apt as led to believe in description but 3 flights up in shared terrace.

This was my second (and probably not the last!) staying at this place. I had the same unit as the last time. Everything was clean, worked well and the hostess was really friendly . The location is 2 minutes walk from the CTM bus station. You can reach the sea in 10-15 minutes. There are several shops and restaurants within easy reach, i. e. 1-2 minutes walking.

We were very pleased with the kitchen and all of the equipment provided. We were on the ground floor but there was no noise to bother us. The neighbours and muezzin calls were very quiet. We could buy nearly everything we wanted in local shops and the shopkeepers were friendly. We were pleased to be out of the tourist area among Moroccan people. If we needed a taxi we could easily find one a short distance away.

Friendly owner who lives on site. Great location a few mins walk from ctm bus stop. Bakery/patisserie round corner. Restaurants, coffee shop, alcohol shop nearby too. Great wifi. Less than 10 mins to beach, 20 to medina. Small roof terrace with summer house handy as we were in the ground floor cheaper room, not apartment. Great value, very clean. Had pizzas in forno restaurant near beach, very nice. Also the cafe full of locals just as yku cross road to beach did a good breakfast

Ground floor small room on street so can hear noise at times and no outlook. Bathroom in room good but no roof as it's within the room so no sound privacy! The apartments looked nicer but at 20e for our double room you couldn't complain and roof terrace use was great. I wore earplugs and slept well.

Lovely apartment with kitchen. Gorgeous roof terrace to take in the sun. Very clean and quiet and private. Smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. Two news channels on the TV with english!! Easy to catch taxi to medina or a 20min walk. Two blocks from the beach.
