"Excellent place in Almaty, perfect for tourists."

Very well equipped, clean, and in a great location. Very communicative and helpful staff. Staff also sent a whole list of recommendations which was very helpful and just downstairs there is a very well-stocked 24/7 supermarket.

Location & price.

Size a bit small. Not really full fledge 1 room apt, but more like studio apt with partition. If you are 3 adults, the 3rd person is on single seater sofa bed. No complaint for the price paid for it.

This is a very nice place in Almaty. Spacious and had all the details we needed for a 2 week stay. Great location - above one grocery store and close to another, cheaper store. Also very convenient for the bus to Shymbulak and sightseeing. They had a cleaner come after our first week - it's a well-maintained apartment. Easy to communicate with the helpful hosts.

Its clean, spacious and things have been provided already. By the way it was not written in the description but these are available: Wifi - its fast Spoon, fork, bowl, plates, kettle, microwave, cooking utensils Toothbrush and toothpaste Towels Tissue Konstantin is very friendly and speaks good english. He is very helpful too. It is also located near a lot of tourist spots.

It doesnt have any elevators, only stairs.
