Good place for a family trip. Good facilities. Great location, ample space for parking, nice view has all accessories such a a stove, kitchen, toaster, microwave, hair dryer. Etc..

Hot water in the bathrooms stop working suddenly. The was was either too hot or too cold sometimes. The place didn't have proper lighting. It was dim. Price is a bit too high but that's exceptional. Overall a good place.

The Location is very convenient and easy to commute to the main Nuwara Eliya City. The owner was very responsive and communicative and she displayed great professionalism throughout our stay.

The Apartment and the surrounding was filled with mosquitoes which indicated the building maintenance could have been better. The bedsheets and the linen seemed to be new however we started getting severe scratching for some of our members possibly due to Contact Dermatitis.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and cleanliness!

The only plus was the proximity to the city center.

Very run down. A funky smell in the whole apartment. Not very clean.

Although heatinh was included in the price the ownner wanted us to pay an additional Rs.1500 per day for a small fan heater which was not sufficient to heat up the apartment . There was also no washing machine in the apartment ,though it was included in the price. Location was good.
