just the location good

we unhappy I’m advise not go the apartments property not have air heating Morocco so hot we can’t sleep everywhere inside home so hot not good we went other hotel sleep 2 day no working wash machine no working tv no working wifi no air conditioner no safety window we have kids we were so much worried about the windows of course kid can jump. the price not suited everthing no working and the apartments high 5 floor lift is very small only can up to 4 people and the apartment next door living with us neighbours my husband not like it we never come back again

No hot water in shower

The only good thing about this place is that we always got hot water.

This was a horrible stay and the owner of the apartment was quite rude. While we had very weak WiFi, there were many cockroaches in the building (I even killed one in the bathroom), and we got stuck in the elevator two times, these were not even the worse parts. My brother and I were willing to look past all that, but we draw the line at people entering our apartment without our permission. One evening, the apartment manager (who lives next door) came into the apartment when I was away and my brother was sleeping. She did not have permission to enter but she came in anyway with her own key. This is absolutely unacceptable. And when I mentioned this to the apartment owner, he accused us of lying!! Why would we lie about this?!? In summary, the host was very rude and I cannot believe he is a 'superhost.' Very unprofessional.

it was large to large for one person

it could do with night lamp in the bedroom , I stayed in Ryan one which had many lights , I’m sure the host will get it next time 👍

Apartment is bigger and looks nicer than just the photos. There is a very large living room with large tv, dining room table. There is a seperate bedroom with large comfortable bed and extra blankets if you need. There is a children's bedroom with a balcony with city view. The kitchen is large and has all the comforts you could want, including a coffee maker :D and a lot of kitchen supplies. There is no airconditioning (I think?) but not needed (November). The wifi in the property was stable and worked well. There is a washing machine. I did not use it. I could not find a drying rack. Is there a drying rack? Upon check-in, the host showed me around. There are a few things to know specifically, like how to use the elevator and how to use the TV. It was all very well explained and much appreciated. The area in Fes is....well...just Fes :D It is very busy, many cars/people/bikes/animals on the streets. Walking distance is a big modern shopping mall Borj Fes with food court and large grocery store. The medina of Fes is about a 45 minute walk from the apartment, should you really want to visit there. In my opinion, Fes is not really exiting but if you have to go, you should rent this apartment :D

Parking is street parking, at whatever spot you can find I guess. There is a parking garage but it is reserved for other people. If you come without a car, the city is very walkable. I think the check-in procedure could be improved. I'm a visual learner, maybe a photo of the front door and instruction to wait in the lobby to check in would be great. Morocco hardly has Google street view so it will be easy to see what the entrance door looks like.
