El apartamento no sé correspondía con las fotos, viejo y falta de mantenimiento al igual del edificio. Contestabana los mensajes cuando tenía tiempo, hemos pedido por favor de hacer check out a las 12 pm, contesto 2 días después diciendo que no era posible. Para lo que si fueron rápidos fue para coger el dinero de la tasa turística. No repetiremos!

Tout l’emplacement l’agencement la décoration l’accueil exceptionnel j’ai adoré être dans cet appartement d’ailleurs j’ai à nouveau réservé pour un deuxième séjour et je recommande fortement ❤️

La casa è grande, fresca nonostante il caldo infernale fuori e c'è un parcheggio sotto il palazzo, veramente comodo per chi ha l'auto. C'è sempre un custode che verifica ingressi e uscite, molto gentile. Buona doccia, letto comodo, smart TV per gli amanti di Netflix, etc.

Solo una nota da prendere come feedback. In un appartamento con cucina ci si aspetta almeno il sale, uno strofinaccio per asciugare i piatti, una tovaglia e, in generale, una cucina più attrezzata. Ad esempio mancavano i coperchi per le pentole. Inoltre, per un soggiorno più lungo di 3 giorni, e' auspicabile un cambio asciugamani e una fornitura di carta igienica (avevamo in tutto due rotoli per 4 gg e abbiamo dovuto comprarla, in Marocco i rotoli sono piccoli). A richiesta di un asciugamano in più comunque ci è stato fornito gratuitamente.

almost everything, the property exactly like the pictures, location is in the middle of gueliz area, next to shops, restaurants, convenience stores. there is elevator in the building, apt got almost everything we need, towel, bathrobe, blanket, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, iron, baby crib, even hand soap and dish soap

only 1 coffee mug (plenty of glasses for moroccan tea), but no bowl for soup

Location and shower and bathroom was great

The bed is too hard

This apartment is spacious and very well located perfect for friend and family looking for a good location central in Marrakesh not far away from medina and located well next to the busking road in guilez

The staff was outstanding (very professional). The reservation, the check-in and checkout were all seemelss. The invoice is mandatory for business travelers, and I have had problems with it with other properties. However the staff prepared and shared it quickly and seemlessly, so anyone traveling on business this is a great place to stay

Nothing unexpected, the apartment is in the center of the city and all commodities are just a short walk away. The noise (which wasn't terrible or anything) comes with the territory so I wouldn't consider it a disadvantage.
